Belly fat is usually a very stubborn type of fat, in
that it requires a lot of work to reduce it.But no worry,we are not
going to reduce it, we will totally burn it. The best way for to
lose belly fat is through a combination of cardio exercise, weight
training and a lean muscle building diet.Another things to
do would be dancing,bike riding ,rowing or jogging.if you say i
don't like dance or I don't have bike then just running without
excuse.Don't even think that I do tomorrow because its cold,hot or
raining.Because yesterday you said tomorrow.When you are running do not listen
romantic music,listen something aggressive or whatever makes you feel
happy and ambitious.
